Dr. Beck, DPT, combines hands-on manual therapy with personalized exercise programs. Manual techniques may include joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and stretching to improve tissue mobility and reduce pain.
You'll also receive a customized home exercise program to accelerate your recovery between visits.

During your initial 90-minute evaluation, Dr. Beck, DPT, will:
Conduct a full evaluation of your movement patterns, range of motion, and functional abilities.
Identify what's actually causing your pain or limitation—not just the symptoms.
A treatment strategy tailored specifically to your condition and goals.
Begin hands-on treatment during your first visit—no waiting for results.
Customized exercises to accelerate your recovery between sessions.
Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes and include continued hands-on treatment, exercise progression, and plan adjustments based on your progress.
